Congrats to all. The Tasca Ford team had a awsome weekend and a good showing by Jim Whiteley in TAD. I know this is not the site for this but congrats to Dan Fletcher in super gas.:) I would like to thank ESPN for the wonderful prime time coverage on t.v.:p I was at the race myself nothing like seeing it in person so I did not miss any of the action thank god. My dvd recorder however did miss alot of the action thanks to ESPN:p. I guess the NHRA is at the bottom of the list because redneck car ran over by one hour on saturday and the stupid baseball game on sunday ran over also.:p While I'm on a roll get rid of that dummy Paul Page and put Dave or Marty along side MIke.

I'm beyond tired of EVERYTHING else taking priority over drag racing. If racing was on, they would cut out on it just to flash to college chess or some stupid crap. When the hell is NHRA going to hike up their skirt and say something to ESPN on their coverage?? Then to show the celebration of the team winning, couldn't they switch over to the races instead? C'mon, I know this is not NASCAR, but we are still important to millions of people!

ESPN will start ruling in favor of drag racing when drag racing makes them as much money as everything else they show.

Dont cry because of ESPN, they're only doing what is good for the bank account.

Yeah......the Scripps National Spelling be got Stuart Scott to announce and prime-time/uninterrupted coverage, you'd think we could get some kind of a break.

I see that they added one more hour of broadcast time to the bristol race. That was nice of them I think but who can stay up till one in the morning?:p Lets hope espn does not pull that same stunt they they did with the englishtown race and let other programming run over into the NHRA and I see they have a late time slot for Norwalk nice job guys.:p Do I program my dvd recorder for one hour later assuming other sporting events will run over and cut the NHRA short on time.
