Can someone help me with a good combo. I have old style KB all aluminum block, BAE heads and fuel injected manifold. Like to build 500-600 cui engine with some nitrous. Am I on the wrong board to get some help?

I have a built sheet metal intake with a 3 opening hat on top. The fuel system is set up for alcohol and is of Enderle brand. It has the barrel valve on top with one distribution block and one nozzle per intake runner, currently #36 jet.
I have a 3.75" Bryant crank and 4.25" cylinder bores. I'd like to build somthing that will run good and make good power. Like to build something in 540-570 cui range. The heads are old BAE stage one heads. I am only doing some index racing and the engine is going into a Volvo. Currently running 5.20's in the 1/8 mile with SBC and plenty of nitrous. Just like to build a motor that I don't have to dog so much, but still be fast. If someone has good experance with NA Hemi's, I'd like to get in contact with them. Thanks....
