Alcohol Heads ?

    looking to get new heads. have a psi c. 4.310 bore in a dragboat. who's heads do you guys recommend?

    Well what kind of motor are the heads going on? If it's a hemi you'd be best to go with BAE Stage 5 or 6's.

    yes its a hemi ,how much flow difference in brad 5 to 6

    Right now most of the heads are BAE 5s The Quickest TAF in the world is using 5s There is only one TAF that I am aware of using the new 6s

    BAE 5 heads will work better in a PSI application from what I have been told.

    Total Flow makes a great head. They're kind of a new and improved BA 5. I think they may be of a better alloy and the valvetrain fits better. Steve Sanchez, the owner, is a great guy and you'll always be dealing directly with him. He's been servicing heads for many top fuel teams for decades.

    better alloy and the valvetrain fits better? we are not talking about the same sanchez. i wil never run one of his aluminum foil popcorn welded heads again.
    and as far as the pro teams using him, i think if he lost bernstien he would be unemployed.
