What's the best stuff to use to clean a trailer? It's got some pretty nice road grime build-up, so I need something a little stronger than car wash stuff. Let me know....

    Thanks,

We generally take the rig & trailer through a truck wash (Blue Bird). They have an acid wash and other chemicals that do in a few minutes what would take hours to do by hand.

I do it with a sponge and water hose. It takes a whole day, but it looks really nice when done

Simple Green works the best. The Super Clean tends to stain some parts, and streaks.

Thanks bunches guys, ended up using the purple degreaser stuff and it worked wonders. Brad...I called Champion and put one on your account, I only got one plasma in the lounge....so the bill isn't that bad. However they did have to use special doors to so my head would fit through lol. Thanks again guys!!!!

    Brandon,

What color is your trailer? We are getting ready to do the same thing to my wife's trailer.

I am glad that you put my money in the right places for the new trailer.

    Brad,
Our trailer is white....well at least now it is. I used Purple Power degreaser, Black Streak Remover and an SOS pad, and then some car wash concentrate. It was an all day job, but man it looks good now.

I use spray nine on everything in my trailer, the floor, out side walls, tires, rims and motor home, etc. Rince the trailer down and then spray it down with spray nine, use a foam brush and then re rince and it cleans up after one application. I buy it buy the gallon as its the only thing that works on everything. It even works good as a quick hand cleaner that does not need water to rince off after wards. Unfortunetly my wife caught on and uses it on everything in the kitchen so I have to buy it twice as often.
