A can or bellhousing with starter pocket (needs to have chevy tranny pattern)
9" or 10" clutch with ring gear on flywheel (needs to fit chevy crank pattern)
    and a Chevy starter

You need a 168 tooth flywheel to fit your car plus the can with the starter pocket. If this motor has a ProMag 44 then the starter will have to be powered either by 16v or a 24v battery to get enough RPM to fire it. If you use a 16V or a 24V battery witha Chevy starter then I would use a separate starter relay or the solenoid in the starter will arc the contacts together and then the starter will run until you shut off the battery. If you use 24v then you can get a special 12 volt controlled relay that can take the amps needed with 24 v. Do not use a regular 12 v starter relay.
