Jack Burr Service Info

Hey everyone, I wanted to pass along the funeral service information for Jack. The service is being held next Thursday August 4th at 3:30 pm

Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints
770 N. Sierra Madre Villa
Pasadena, Ca.

Take the 210 Freeway toward Pasadena and exit Madre and head NORTH.
Madre turns into Sierra Madre Villa. Approx. 1 mile north of the 210 Freeway.

The service is open to anyone and everyone, please come to help celebrate Jack's life and remember with his family and friends.

A lot of Jack's west coast racing friends are going to be in Sonoma while the service is held. I wish I was able to attend.

 

Randy, the service is NEXT Thursday just for that very reason. It is in between Sonoma and the Goodguys race at Pomona.

I CANT BELIEVE THIS. WHAT HAPPENED TO JACK?
I MET HIM 6 YEARS AGO ONLY ONCE WHEN I WAS IN CA. LOOKING FOR MY FIRST RACE CAR. HE SHOWED ME A CAR THAT HE HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN THAT WAS FOR SALE AND ALSO LED ME AROUND TOWN TO LOOK AT SOME OTHERS. WE HAVE STAYED IN TOUCH EVER SINCE AND I CONSIDER HIM A GOOD FRIEND.
I AM TRULY SORRY TO HEAR THIS AND MY CONDOLENCES GO TO HIS FAMILY.

 

Jack was a great guy. We had him put a Humming-Bird on our car a few times, for a special reason. Jack told me He had never done any Humming-birds before.. I went on the Computer and found a few pictures and Jack went to work, He basically was about done, I said "Hey Jack, why don't you make that Humming Bird look mean." He looked at me in disbeliefe, and said "A mean Hummingbird?" I said "yeah imagine a Humming Bird the size of a Eagle that whould be pretty bad ass, huh?" He said "That would actually be pretty scary." We ended up with one bad ass Hummingbird. R.I.P. FRIEND Jason,
