I put a set of enderle stack injectors w/ an 80-a pump on an approx 850-900hp B.B. Chevy, (Had 1095 Demon on it prior) It has a 132 pill in it and Kinsler M440 nozzles. The pump is new, But hasn't been flowed.. Can any experts out there tell me if I'm in the Ball Park to at least fire it up on alcohol, and also what suggestions on plugs ? Anyone know of any body in the St. Louis area that does flow checking.. any other suggestions also appreciated ! :D

i'm no expert, but i would be willing to bet that your pump is too small. we always ran a 150 pump on injected motors. my buddie ran an 80a on a sbc....355 motor that worked great. just my 2 cents

There are numerous versions of the 80a pump with different flow. If you have a 80-1 I think you will be ok, it is "supposed" to be a 7 GPM pump. the 00, 0, 0 1/2 etc. flow less.
The closest person I know of to STL that does fuel systems is Dave Koehler over in Urbana IL

it would be best to flow it, but if not, put a 110 pill in it and hook up an egt probe and read the plugs after one pass. if it crackles out of the pipes at the big end its fat, if it pops out of the stacks at ANY time get out of it, its lean. start fat and sneak up on it a couple steps at a time. join HRE.com

I am not seeing the total specs of the M440 in any of my kinsler stuff. But I have reason to believe that is a large cubic inch gas nozzle. The kinsler 900-990 range (crossover to a 24 or 26 hilborn, or .035"-.038" orifice) would be more suitable for alcohol. And the typical for injected alcohol with cubic inches in the 480-580 range.
Then we need to know that your pump is an 80-A-1. If it is an 80-A-0.5 then you are pushing it. If it is an 80-A-0 then you do not have enough pump to even fire it on alcohol.
If the pump is the -1 pump, and fresh and pushing at least 6.8 start with about a 100-105 to be safe. If the pump is brand new, you can see as much as 7.2 gallons.
With the pill size, and the injectors, it sure seems like a gas deal. With the pill and the nozzles, it would not run.
I would love to see some more specs on the engine to throw ideas at you to lessen your learning curve.
I don't know anyone in your area, but Gene Adams, kinsler, and others are only a UPS truck away.
Need to know the pump. Look at the castings and check back with us.
    good luck
