Oil filter system of choice?

    TFX, PSI, Outlaw 10.5. What is the oil filter system of choice. Leaning towards the Fram reusable like TF runs. Any thoughts? Where can I get a system like that? Thanks

    system 1

    get the system 1 system, but make sure you get the right element. you don't want to get their real fine element or it will cause you problems.

    esp in an outlaw application where you may not be doing the bottom end every run, the oil filter is a quick and easy way to check what may be going on in the motor w/o pulling it apart.

    WE STOCK BOTH STYLES THE 1.500 THREAD FRAM HP-6 REPLACEMENT OR THE 3/4-16 CANNISTER STYLE. THERE ARE TWO DIFFERNT MICRON FILTERS DEPENDING WHAT WEIGHT OIL YOU RUN. ALSO A FEW CHOICES OF MOUNTS WE HAVE THE P&P ENGINE BLOCK MOUNT OR THE SYSTEM 1 MOTOR PLATE MOUNT OR CHASSIS MOUNT.     In response to your question, the reusable Fram is available fron Ed Cote @ nitrosport marketing.386 428-4322. he is at NHRA nat. events with the Fram display. The price of that system is pretty stout. I think I remember something like 6 or 7 hundred for the filter.
