    What is the typical compression ratio for a competitive BAD in good air.

    You need to read someone's copy of the PSI manual or buy one from them. It goes over all of the basics for a baseline on a Blown TAD.

    10.5 to 1=== 11.6 to 1 / from the PSI book it also says, you should have .050 clearance from piston to head clearance, you realy should get a copy of the book and after you build the motor, get a Randy Anderson fuel system. ;)

    I would guess low 10's in good air maybe less. I haven't played with 128 that much but I would bet some of the belt probs are associated to too much compression...
