I am not really sure which one is "better"
The B&J tripple sprag deal seems to last longer than the lenco stuff. Lighter on parts, and more time between re-builds. If your car shakes the tires often, you will spend a few dollars more on replacing lenco sprags. The B&J is much easier to turn when on a stand, but I am not really sure how that plays out under power.
However, B&Js are larger, and if you are in a funny car with a really narrow compartment, the foot room goes away real quick. Lencos are much narrower. Lenco has more options and different combinations of parts, different materials of parts, gear sets, etc. B&J just has the same old deal. In single, double or tripple sprag.
More lencos at the track, so finding parts that you may not have on you is easier.
Both are run by good people that are often at the track on the west coast. And good people that will work with you for a long term relationship.
It really comes down to what you are looking to do, and what fits your needs.
just my opinion for what it is worth.

We run a B&J in our TAD. It's stronger, lighter and easier to work on. We made over 70 passes on one trans last year without any problems. We've pitted next to a lot of competitors using the Lenco . It kept rolling helicopter sprags, costing money and ability to run a pass. Parts are just as accessable and Strasburg's service is excellent.

    B&j

I am working on finishing my pro mod so I am getting to the point of needing a trans. What is a price comparison between the 2? Is it easy to cahnge the ratios etc? Thanks guys, sean

And if you buy Stidhams stuff, like I stated earlier, it is all the same parts. You can buy his stuff, and have the single sprag unit converted to a tripple sprag unit. Then run that one as your primary and the double sprag as your secondary. You would be in the entire two trans units freshened at B&J and spares for around $10K. Sounds like a really fair deal.
I am not really certain about the brand new pricing. I think B&J is a little cheaper. Maybe someone else that knows a bit better can help out.
But I am not going to put down lenco. Lots of dudes run really quick and fast with their stuff. (And they sponsor this site):D

The B&J costs less, and i'm pretty sure offer more ratios. We ran all last season with only one trans. (no spare needed!!) I was able to do my normal clutch service and change ratio between rounds.
