Very Nice TAD field at the Division 3 race this weekend. A .60 bump after 1 session.

A .51 bump and 24 dragsters is pretty stout.

I'd say B. reichert is having fun these days. Good job Reichert crew. The car is even running when it's hot and sticky!

Good job to all of the Division 3 teams - I grew up in Michigan and went to alot of D3 races in the 70's and 80's and there has always been great alcohol racing in the midwest.

Is there a more consistant car in the TAF class than Mick Snyder's? Even on a tricky Stanton track he puts down 5.8's like he was driving a Super Pro bracket car. Says alot about the team and the Lenco-drive. They are about a tenth away from being a national contender but at the divisional level they are at the top. Good job guys! Anyone know what happened to Mick in the semi's at Joliet?

Now it is time for some of you D1 and D3 guys to come down to Bristol and give D2 a full field in both classes - who's coming? It's not that bad of a drive and the facility is top notch.

Finally, congrats to the Reichert's - I love it when the Michigan guys win. I was in Atlanta a few years ago when Bill crashed (pretty ugly deal)so it's good to see you guys do so well.

    Good luck to everyone.

Mick lost the right rear slick at about half track and was not able to make it back for the next round.

What happened to the tire that stopped him from making it back for the next round?

Mick didn't lose the tire at half track. He made a full pass, but when he pulled the chutes the air circulating and down force at the end of the track caused the parachute to go under the car and grabbed the hub and rotor and pulled the tire off the car. The didn't make the next round because there wasn't enough time to throughally check the damage to the car and replace the damaged parts.
