anyone have any experience on a new 17 x 2.5 front tire being out of round. its mounted on a new weld rim that is true - the tire appears to have a high spot when inflated. i've reinflated the tire several times and the problem still exists. i've relubricated the tire bead without any success. at low air pressure the high spot is not as noticable but when i complete filling the tire to 25 + pounds it has a pronounced out of round that will probably be not allow me to the keep my hand on the steering wheel at any speed. any ideas to fix or should i return the tire?

You're right about shaking so bad it will blur your vision. Don't take a chance.

Get rid of it! There is something wrong in the cording. If they are new, they'll take 'em back. Heard from factory that if you slam them down at 50-70 psi from a wheelie that you can cause problems in the belting. Hope you resolve it quickly.
