NGK 6061 Plug

We're about to order plugs. Not sure whether to run the 6061-10 or 6061-11 plug in a BAE5 alcohol psi deal. Do you ever need to change heat ranges?

I just didn't want to buy a bunch if I may need to change.

speaking of plugs...

what is the disadvantage of running as cold a plug as the ignition can light? Not saying the -10 is wrong just a "food for thought" question. I have been running -11 's in my SBC with a 7al3 it appears to light them fine and I can read them clearly once I got the tuneup close. I understand that ignition output will have to be increased as the motor output goes up I am only running 6.60's now. Any thoughts guys?
