used rods

I am replaceing my c&a rods that have a total of 25 miles 1\4 mile at a time in my pro mod drag boat.The old rods look perfect are they worth anything?What do you guys do with your old ones?I already have a spare set.

 

I have sold a few sets on Ebay before, 100 passes on them too. Not sure if you would get more from the recycler.

 

Make desk clocks with business card holders at the base, They make great presents! why chuck $800 worth of aluminum away. Here's a link for the movement piece needed. you'll have to do a little drilling but remember "one mans junk is another mans gold"
