It looks like I now have the needed remaining cash to get my heap running. The only thing that would seem to hold me back is how long it will take to round up the rest of the parts.

That said, I'm going to start shopping for a clutch can. I'm not into spending more than I need just to impress my buddies, so that means I'm not going to call Trick Ti. However, I have decided on a steel can from either Browell or Lakewood. Anyone here have any comments, good or bad between the two companies and their product?

Buy a can from Bryan Browwell. Order just a bare can. Get the cross-shaft, bearings etc from Bob at AFT.

Or you could save some money by buying a used Ti can. If you are interested I have several.

Coyotedale Before you buy a used Titaniun can from anyone call Regis at Trick Titanium as a service to racers he will check the can over before you purchase it. You need to know that there are a lot of Titanium cans out there that will not certify. Buyer beware. Bill I mean no disrespect to you I'm sure your cans are just fine. This is the reason that Trick Titanium now does not return damaged cans to the owners that cant be certified. They issue you a credit for the value of scrap titanium. Many of the scrap cans were showing up in Europe
