Mark Albert Update: 01/08/07

It is now been more than 3 month since Marks accident at Maple Grove. He has underwent 7 surgeries for his burn related injuries, including skin graphs to his feet, legs, hands, and arms.

On Friday January 5th Mark was transferred from the burn unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital to Good Shepard Rehabilitation Hospital, both of which are in Allentown, PA. Mark plans to remain at Good Shepard for the next several weeks to complete his in-patient rehab, before coming home to Pittsburgh. Once home Mark will continue his rehab at a local out-patient facility.

Mark would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support. The cards and letters have shown what a tight-knit-group the racing community truly is.

We will try keep everyone updated during the up coming months.
