Could someone who runs a TAD tell me how much caster and camber they run in the front wheels. I have changed over the front wheels on my dragster from the small 13" (came with the car) to the full size wheels. I am wondering how much to put in.

    Thanks

The caster on most dragsters is fixed by the builder and cannot be adjusted.
Don't know what you have? The same for the camber. Positive caster is what causes the steering wheel to snap back to the neutral position when the wheel is released. It also makes the front wheels harder to turn which on a dragster that has not much weight on the front end is not a problem. I think that most chassis builders set the up with zero degrees of camber. The caster might be different from one builder to another depending on the application. Don't know what yours is but would probably be somwhere between 24 and 34 degrees. Best thing you can dow if it is fixed is check it and call the builder and see what he recommends you do. I doubt you would need to do anything.

    Caster Angle

I would say 34 deg in a front end is a bit to much. I put 15 degrees negative caster in the funnycars and dragsters I build and have had no problem.
    My 2 cents

I believe you mean positive caster, correct? Negative would make it awful hard to control.
