I know of 2 alky teams that were getting brand X for free, but still switched back to the Hoosier tire. One commented "How much money am I saving if I lose rounds that I would have won on the Hoosiers".

    m/t tires

have you tried the m/t 36" tires. carl says they will be made + released next year. they were made in extremely limited production during the past 2 years. they fixed all shaking problems i had over both hoosiers + goodyears. i have gotten over 60 runs on them and the 60' times still run on the low 1.00s and high .90s.

    danny and the rest,

We have been running M/T's with beadlocks on our roots TAFC for a couple seasons now and love them. Tire life is great; we get about 20-24 runs on a set. We did run Hoosier's on tube & liner wheels a few years back and they were just as good performance-wise, but economically worse - we could only get about 11 or 12 good runs out of them before it started to spin in the top end. Both cost us about the same per set but we get twice the life out of the M/T's, and with the beadlocks we're 30lbs lighter!
