Screw blower

    When using screw blower, what's the most common overdrive and transmission gear ratio and rear end ratio???
    Thinking about putting a combination together in a door-car.

    I agree. But I'm just curious about what you guy's are running in your TAD/TAFC. Not that many run's setups like that at promodsource.

    the biggest difference between a ta/fc and pro-mod is the weight. a pro-mod is around 500 pounds heavier. i know a roots pro-mod runs somewhere around a 2.10-2.16 first gear and a 4.56 rear. i would guess somewhere around a 1.98 and a 4.56 to start with the screw on the pro-mod. just guessing

    We run a door car with a screw. Can you give me a few details about your combo. Example - Engine type, and what screw you are using? PSI D or C rotor, or Whipple. I will be glad to help with whatever I can.
