mallory 6 help

    I have a Mallory VI w/ control box. no information and Mallory was no help. one box has a small battery the other has a series of 9 volt. need to know if anyone services it or can I use parts to hop up a mag3

    The electronic Super Mags are a dead end deal. Mallory won't service them or sell parts for them anymore so no one else really can either if they're burned up. The electronic Super Mags and regular Super Mags (II, III, IV, V) don't share very many parts in common. The magnet assembly is totally different and you wouldn't be able to use it in your III. The regular Super Mags can be hopped up to 8 amps no problem.

    If anybody can help you it would be BR Motorsports www.ignitioneering.com there in Visalia Calif tech help is 559-739-1515. They do most of the fuel mags today. They could give you a final answer.

    Donzig does Mallory mags,Not sure about that one.
