Kb/olds Vs. Keith Black

    Looking for some advice on KB/ OLDS vs Keith Black looking to push 1800 -2000 hp the olds motor has big chief heads ect the Keith Black is older style with billet WAR heads will be runn on alcohol 14-71 hi- helix 1/4 mile. What would be the better motor to go with both are 526 cu inch.

    FWIW, we run a KB Olds with steel heads and a little 6-71 and are making 1400 HP. I like the block because I'm a Chevy guy. Pretty much uses all common Chevy stuff with a few exceptions. I'd call Oddy's and see how they can help. Not too many people can tune a Chevy like Jim IMO.
