i hope you dont mind me asking here.i have been running 10 lbs of boost@!3.3% underdriven and decided to go to 14lbs @ 7.4% overdriven acording to boost charts on BDS site.i wondered what the boost psi drop would be throught the IC.i dont have any actual intake temps to guide the process but a guess would be 188F to 220F the max being after 3 rounds of racing.i have a teflon stripped blowershop 8-71it spins freely now that i have run it a few times.here is a pic of the IC.i am going to run icewater throgh the IC from a 3 gallon cell with 4.5GPM @ 40 psi pump #12 lines.

thanks but i am still mad at them.i had to turn there blower 14% over to get 10 lbs.no teflon but still.enough said.
i figure the psi drop should only be 2lbs at the lower psi i am atand temps.
i was running sunoco 110 but will use c-16 to tune things for a while.
    thanks again!

Call Richard, he has lots of time on this type of research. He also markets his own intercooler in the manifold !

Why worry about the intercooler pressure drop? Just crank up the blower speed.
