MSD ProMags With Black Colored Generators

    I clicked the right buttons this time.

    At Houston I noticed that Gary Scelzie and Melanie Troxel both had all black cased Pro Mag generators. Gary even had black caps. Does anyone know if these are the new more powerful ProMag 65's? Melanies might have been because of a shadow but Gary's was for sure all black including wire holder cap and generator body.

    Pro Mag 66

    The 66 is noticeable by its Massive size not by colour . alot of the fuel teams are using the black..... they still look ok after they have been burned .:rolleyes:

    Hey Mike,
    I was standing in the MSD trailer today getting my mag checked and a guy walked in and ask the same question, was that you?
    MSD man said he is looking at selling them unfinished so they could be anodized the color of choice, said people were dying the caps already.
