It is a good book you are just starting out. I found nothing new it and thought Ken Lowes book was better. The problem is that both books describe all the systems and how to adjust poppets and idle but do not go much into the fundamentals of making different kinds of tuneups.

Does anyone offer/sell a book that goes into different types of tuneups? I know I would be interested.

Please define different types of tuneups. High pressure versus low pressure? Tuneup for Rootes versus PSI?
