Whomever is doing the updates for IHRA on Drag Race Central is portraying IHRA in a very bad (ie- disorganized, doesn't have their feces together) organization.

There was a top fuel in the first pair they didn't even have a name for because he (wasn't in the database). I've seen that with results from other sportsmen classes as well.

Hello!!! There are only 18 cars in t/f there, and most of them like Litton, Millican, etc the guy should already be familiar with.

I wonder if Keith Stark was the one he couldn't identify.

Mr. Scary that was Rick Cooper who ran the 5.02 in San Antonio. Gary Cooper had a best of 5.77 that weekend.

"wasn't in the database" means just that. While I can't speak for Jim or Larry who were working this race, I can tell you what the usual procedure is when the track computer shows "not on file" during an event.

When a driver's number is incorrectly entered into the track timing system when the car is next to stage, it is often caught and corrected before the cars launch, but not always. When a correct driver's number is entered into the track timing system but the driver's information isn't in that system, the timing system displays "not on file". That means either the people entering info from the tech cards haven't yet put that driver's info into the system, or race control doesn't have that info because the driver's tech card hasn't made its way up to race control.

It isn't a matter of anyone intentionally portraying any entity in a bad way. This stuff happens in both major drag racing sanctioning bodies and in any/every class.
