was wanting to learn a little about these things, I have one and.

are the programs that are ran in these simple or complex?
simple being just roll in or out some timing.
complex meaning in out at every shift and rpm's, launch, just in and out and in and out

and does a complex setup really make a much difference over a simple one

In my opinion, the software is pretty simply if you want it to be... or it can be overwhelmingly complicated.

I would start out pretty basic with your setup and then start playing with it, just don't change to many things at once.
