Has anyone gained anything (other than less weight) by going to a carbon injector ?

It's not so much the material but rather how the hat is shaped and how it fills the blower more efficiently, we picked up more boost earlier, more boost overall, quicker ET and higher speeds with using a std helix 14/71 and going from an alloy buzzard to a Jeff Burnet 4 door injector hat.

It worked very well for us .

    Injector

I Agree With Raymond A Lot Of Power Has Been Gained Just By Injector Placement Which Probaly Equates Into Filling The Blower More Efficent. Someone Could Figure Mathmatically How Much The Blower Sweeps Per Revoloution Of Air At Max Rpm With Overdrive Versus Square Inch Area Of Butterflies That The Injector Can Flow. As You Notice Most Injectors Are Going Further And Further Foward. Going Along The Lines Of A Kobelco Superman For Airflow.

If you want the lowdown on the carbon injector hats, call the man himself-Jeff Burnett #317-852-1408 (Composite Specialties). He builds and tests hats on lots of different applications. Jeff has various hats for roots applications and some very trick new PSI pieces......
