Thanks, what are the pros and cons of launch assisted chutes compared to the normal SIMPSON pilot chute assisted ones

    Cheers

I've had 2 stroud spring launcher chutes on my car for 3 years and I havent had a failure yet! I have a Pro Mod door car with ten mile long wheelie bars, I dont have to run a net in the bars and I dont have to worry about the chutes getting tangled. AND the chutes in my opinion are easier to pack then a conventional chute, you can darn near roll them up and stuff them back in the bag (though not recommended) and they'll still open!
