Does anyone know how many feet a tree is located from the starting line on a regulation track. Also how high the green light or top yellow light is from the ground.

Also about hoe wide is one lane at the starting line?

I am trying to set up a tree so I can try different injector hats and still have the driver see the lights.

    tree from starting line

If my memory serves me the tree is 44' to 46' from the starting line (guard beam). The middle amber is approx. 65" inches from the ground (I am not 100% certain about this measurement however). Depending on the race track your inside tire can be anywhere from 5' to 10' from track center. NHRA does have specs on tree location, your friendly neighbourhood Division Director can provide you with this information.

    See you at the races,
