Fuel in oil

    How much is too much alcohol in oil. I’ve seen it turn colours just a little, turn an entirely different colour , or separate into puddles of its own. What say you guys

    Most alcohol gets in the oil at idle if the Barrel Valve is adjusted too rich. If adjusted correctly it should barely turn color.

    Thanks mile, I’ll check my barrel valve I think 1-3 more flats on the linkage may close it up

    If you set blade gap to .010-.012 and leak the BV to 80-82% that will get you close. If oil pressure, EGTs and head temp are all acceptable I wouldn’t worry about milking the oil too much.
