I Would Guess That With Your Motor Combo And Not Knowing What You Are Trying To Do With It It Makes It Hard To Give An Answer. Need To Know A Few More Specs. Car Class, engine Rpm,etc.

It's on an older top alcohol dragster. 12 to 1 compression. Enderle 1100 pump
fuel system by ralph gorr. I'm not sure about the rpm's. Just wondering what would happen if we take it to the max. overdrive with such a small motor. Would the cylinder pressure be o.k. also?

I too am in a similar situation, and would be curious about feedback. 496, twin Mag 3's, same blower, and a high revving short block. A new/old deal we are working with. Wondering how far we can push this combo, or whether better to step up to twin Mag 44's and a modern blower. Outlaw & Sportsman racing only. Meth, with some nitro from time to time. 11:1 static.

I run a 451 ci short deck with brad 5's, it has a 1671 hi helix retro at 50 percent over and works fine, it makes 50psi across the line only thing is i run a promag 44 and can only run a max of 25 degree's if i run more than that it starts to hurt parts. I think with a 1471 you should be able to get away with 40 to 50 over without to much problem, just depends on what your trying to achieve, with a supermag 3 you should probably be fine starting at 27-28 degrees and depending how everything looks you could possibly run more.
    hope this helps
