fuel pump wont suck

Sorry for the late response, but we figured it out. There were various issues such as 2 hose end fittings that were sucking air. However the main issue was that the barrel valve was stuck closed, so I pried on its lever to break it loose. When I did that it freed up the spool, BUT it actually closed the up the spool at the same time. Meaning you could grab the barrel valve lever and open the throttle all the way by hand and then close it shut , but the lever had moved some on the spool once it was pried loose. So basically there was not enough fuel going into the motor at the barrel valve. Once the barrel valve was leaked down, it fired right up. Thanks for all the help.
