Gday from Australia, I have a 454 big block chev with a 871 weiand blower std helix non Teflon rotors. Engine has 11.8 Comp ratio and blower can be anything between 13 to 23 over driven. Bug catcher hat with square barrel valve. Am wondering if an 80a pump would be enough using just the 8 hat nozzles, just running a simple dial your own class called supercharged outlaws and don’t need to run quicker than 7.9 in the quarter. The car is a Chevy Monza at 2850lbs. Am open to suggestions, keep it simple stupid is a rule I try and live by LOL. Have run the car for 9 years successfully NA running 9.0s so I know it inside out , thank you Bob Sherry.

    80A is too small

110 and if using an original style enderle and tank is below pump and not using a priming pump - then get a spur gear pump, in the long run will save rebuilding the pump.

Just hat will work, but recommend port as well for ease of tuning.

An Enderle 80a pump only flows 6.81 gpm at 8000 rpm. An Enderle 110 flows 13.1 gpm at 8000 rpm. I don’t think a 80a pump is going to work for you. You need a 110 pump.

Thanks mike, I was pushing my luck because I have an 80A in stock. I’ll bite the bullet and find a 110 somewhere, thanks mate.
