I wouldn’t change anything until you have talked to Spud. The high speed is set to come on at 105-115 psi so that is not a pump loop.

The only difference between a pump sizer and a high-speed is the pressure the check valve is set at. Like you said, it's definitely a HS if it's set to 105 PSI.

In my opinion, you shouldn't even mess with a high-speed until you're coloring the plugs on just the main pill alone. I would disable the high-speed and lean that main pill until the plugs start showing that you're making some heat.

If you're at a .140 main pill now and it's still rich, then your hardware is better off setup like a sizer to scale down your pump. Two .100 pills are about the same as a .140 (area). Put a .100 in the barrel valve, a .100 in the HS (now a sizer) and lower that check valve down to 20 PSI or so. You'll need to lean the metering valve quite a bit to get 350-450F at an idle on just the .100 main, but that is normal. As soon as you bring the RPM up and pressure climbs, the sizer will open and scale you down to size. Then it should be the same as running the .140 you were running before. Now, you can go BIGGER on the main pill until you're making heat in ONE pass.

Some other combinations of main and sizer together:
    ------------------
    .100 + .100 = .141
    .105 + .100 = .145
    .110 + .100 = .149
    .115 + .100 = .152
    .120 + .100 = .156
    .125 + .100 = .160
    .130 + .100 = .164
    .135 + .100 = .168
    .140 + .100 = .172

Let me know how it goes!

If I need to do this wouldn't it make sense just to buy a better blower so I can burn the fuel instead of sending it back to the tank..Or will this make the power im looking for and save me 6k

Im makin 23 at 35% over on a blower with 30 passes most of these passes were 1/8 or less as this has only been running since june at 44% didn't gain nothing so im pretty sure case might be loose. or could it need stripped already. My budget is 6K but its blown alcohol that's gonna go out the window like everything else did. LOL Not too worried about cost want results. Im sure the check valve will help but I need to make 30lbs to get in 6s I would think

Be careful what you wish for.
The maintenance expense goes up exponentially about every 1/2 second.

    Other thoughts and observations..
30 lbs won't do it at your weight. At least 40.
7.5s should be in range with what you have now.

    Question:
NOw that you are aware of the pump sizer circuit and most of us are breathing a sigh of relief...why did you not have this from the beginning?

You don’t have the tuneup for a better blower. If you put the LB22 you might go too lean. I would call Spud and get what you got going.

Dave I just wasn't aware I needed sizer circuit. I sent Spud my system and told him what I wanted to accomplish. He did my flow work and gave me a set up to start with. It ran well 7.91 3100# . But Spud had estimated my power was to be near 2000 HP. . I followed his instructions too the letter. We tried to lean her down but were not getting anywhere. We added timing same result. I had made other posts on this site and Mike Canter tried to help me.( Thanks Mike ) But when I would do what he said I wouldn't get the result. So I started looking at converter, blower, cam timing etc.. all of which can cause same type issues. In my area there are very few blown alcohol cars. as such not a lot of knowledge base to draw from. When someone would show up with a B/A setup and it actually ran better than mine I would talk with them, none ever mentioned a sizer circuit just told me needed to add more timing etc... But knowing those changes wouldn't work I just kept looking for answers. I cant be the only one whos ever had trouble like this.

I would like to Thank all of you guys for the help. I am doing the best I can to learn this science. It astounds me that I worked for 2 years building this vehicle, spent a lot of money and got somewhat good results, only to get gapped by a F body camaro with a Turbo LS setup that can drive to the track and home again and put down a 6.90 in the middle. What is this world coming too. LOL
