Need some ideas where to start looking.
Have a new build with a oiling problem
I have very little oil coming up to the heads. Not enough.
    Bae hemi billet block.
I have used 2 different oil pumps with up to 130 pounds
I am just about to pull the cam & start looking there.
Any where else I should be looking as well

I've found opening up the groove in the cam journal helps, depending on the thickness of the torrington bearing behind the cam gear sometimes the Grove doesn't line up with the hole in the bearing and restricts oil flow

pull the cam today & check the holes In the bearing to the holes to the heads all good there so. dropped the sump & put the pick line in a bucket & spun it over it was like a fountain out of the cam bearings.
Measured the grove in the cam to the holes in the cam bearing today they are pretty close. put the cam in spun it again still very little oil up to the top of the block moved the cam whilst rotating the cam it was better & pulsating but still not great.
going to try opening up the cam grove by 15 to 20 thou ??
    Input ??????????????

Has the block been repaired? I ran into a repair that welded over half the hole and needed cleaned out.

Blow air back down from the rocker feed to the cam journal as restrictor jets maybe blocked. I never use this feed anyway , what heads are you running? Just run a feed from Davenport plate on oil pump or tee piece from rear oil passage direct to heads.

I have always preferred to block the cam feed off and external feed the top. Gives priority feed up top.

What heads are you running? You can tap into the rocker feed in the front of the head and run a dash 4 or 6 to each one from oil pump or rear of block

If you can prime the system with an accumulator you can work backwards until you find oil. It pays to do this with the manifold off to check for leaks from the head gasket back into the valley, also double check all the simple mistakes that I usually make like head gasket backwards, rocker shaft upside down, rocker stand in the wrong location, also if you have 9/16 head studs make sure you have enough clearance for the oil to flow up to the rocker stand.
