Brad 3 hemi fats heads

Hi any problems with these kind of older hemi heads? Also looking for a couple of sets of them with rocker gear and extra parts if you have thx text 1 204 918 9823

 

The problem is the rocker gear.

 

I would update the rocker shafts to the heavier wall from BAE. After we updated to these shaft alot a problems went away. The heavy wall shafts have blind holes for the small 1/4 locating set screws in the rocker stands. That means you do not need to have these small set screws mounted.

Watch the rocker stands for cracks. If you stay below 9000 RPM you will be ok. If you go to 9500 RPM watch the exhaust rockers for cracks.

Haven't seen any lately. Sold mine years ago. The later BAE 4, 5, 6 are a better way to go I think.

 

Yes they r and I am hoping others with sets of them think the same way haha. Don’t need to go over 1400 hp and seen sets with rockers go fr around 2000.00 with rockers fr two set of both. Thx

I Have a set of Bae 3 with rockers. Also with 1 complete side of rockers ready to bolt on .
These went 6.5 @ 209 mph

 

Here’s us what I got so far as for heads fr sale 2 pair of heads both comes with rockers. Valve covers 3 set of pistons, 4 extra shafts and some spare rockers. All for $3000.00 Australian bad part shipping costs? So please keep this in mind cool thx guys let me know along with ur price.
