    Question about fuel pump loops.
I would like to make smaller adjustments (.15 gpm for example) to a fuel system while keeping the low end pressure up and was wondering does anyone do this by running a small loop behind the barrel valve.
My theory being that on shutoff this system would be kind of cancelled out leaving the motor rich.
Enderle 110 pump BBC 25 pounds boost and i want to keep the bottom end pressure as is.
    Thanks in advance

But you are going to have to know what the fuel pressure is after the BV so you can set the check valve. So you get what you want . Also that pressure is going to change dependent on your DA and what main pill you have in the BV

Thanks for the replies. I am going to flow the system and will have the data for the DA ranges that we will be running in.
For a k boat so am happy to stay a little rich on the turns, i just didnt want to be taking too much fuel away at the main only.

Why not just use a solenoid valve with a jet and RPM or time switch?

Mike, fuel pressure will change as pump rpm increase. Depends on when he wants it to activate.

Data shows 40 pounds before the BV at 3200rpm. I will log the pressure next time after the BV.

Scooby, correct after the BV is where you need to know the pressure
