481x idler bracket question...help!

I'm stuck...I need a idler bracket for a 481x..I have the block..but I have no BBC parts to bolt up and confirm what I think is true....is the top 4 bolts that hold the idler bracket on a 481x the same as a BBC pattern??
Of all the weeks I'm not at work... :-(
And if the answer is yes...do you have one I can buy???

 

Hi Scott.
Although the bolt pattern is indeed a BBC pattern, the distance from the face of the block is quite different between the two as one drives a distributor from the rear (BBC) and the 481x from the front. I believe that you will find it best to stick to the proprietary parts for the 481x whenever possible.
