Restripping a blower cost

    what is a ballpark price for freshening a blower.

    Psi 14/71 roots set up.

    Around $800 if no bearing are damaged

    Seems awful steep to me, we could do it for much less

    Andy pinkerton gets $400 or $450 plus stripping. Call him at holbrookperformance. And for those who hate Donnie Holbrook he hasnt been around in quite a few years plane crash unfortunately.

    Fowler was well under 500 total out the door but that was a couple years ago

    PSI was always really expensive on labor when I called them a few years ago. Now sure on what they would charge but Fowler, SSI, Or Andy at Littlefield would be good. Critchley at Hammer is also good. I did my old LF k8 for $300 with a friend doing the lathe work dirt cheap but this was in like 2008 or so. $400-$500 seems realistic for blacks and whites with seals and no ceramic bearings.
