Depends on which oil pan you have. I suggest taking the pan off, prop it up level and count how many quarts of water it will hold to the top of the pan.

If you can't drop the pan and fill to get volume then get the measurements and convert cubic inch to gallons.

I gotta chime in here on oiling issues....too much oil is just fine!
I spoke with System One when building my oiling system and Richard said that there are many quarts of oil that are "in travel" within the system...one in each valve cover...several in the lifter valley...one in the filter...one in the block oil passages....one in the pump and lines...etc...so he suggested 15 quarts in my wet sump system...
I have a funny car style oil pan and 15 quarts is above the gasket at the front of the pan....no pan leaks ever....15 has been very good to me....no oiling issues ever and over 160 runs...even if there was a little seepage around the pan gasket you will have a diaper and I would rather have the extra oil available than take a chance starving the bearings...
On another note...looks like you have a cast KB pump....which is not high volume (good)....System One also mentioned that using a real high flow Top Fuel pump will empty the pan....they suggested a 1.800" gear length rather than their 2.100" or 2.300" larger pumps...this is in a nostalgia fuel application...not real high RPM...(8000-9000)
