I just ran across this modified Buzzard Hat.
On a 14/71 blower, it fits outside dimension wise, all except for the rear bolt holes.
Besides longer nozzle plumbing, a custom blower restraint, and drilling and tapping the rear holes,
    would this be useable?
    Custom spacer?

The opening in the top of your blower is also that big? If it is smaller then the incoming air is going to hit a real big ledge and create a lot of turbulence and reduce airflow. That is a big opening in the hat, wow

    The blower opening is 15".
They added 2 1/2" too the rear of the hat.
If airflow turbulence will be a problem, then I'll
just chop / cut it back to the original specs.
I don't have a clue as to what their goal was for this mod.Tunnelram?

There are/were longer blowers than the 14 but I don't know the opening size. These days all the openings are moved forward and have shorter length. Betcha it came off of a tractor.

Move it up and forward perhaps?

You can fill the front of the back with that liquid plastic and shape it for flow. If you talk to DMPE or Dave Koehler they can probably tell you what the stuff is.

It appears if I move it forward, like Dave mentionedonly a few mods would have to be done, compared to leaving it back.
