Tate Branch

Has anyone heard how he is doing after the fire at Red River? Who was the team member that was burned also? Are they both still in the hospital?
If so where, we would like to contact them. Anyone have any specifics on what happened?

Angie, I talk with Tate about every two days. He was released the next day. And is fine and was back to work on Tuesday. They started working on the car and going to be back very soon. They already have a new body on the way. They are going to run a new brand, he'll be the only person in the class with one.

Angie, Tate was released from the hospital the night of the accident with some burns to his arms/elbow and just pretty shaken up as most would be...he looked more tired than anything. The team got a good nights rest and returned with Tate to the track on Saturday and cleaned up what was left of the funny car...then we all went out to a nice dinner, little casino action, then Sunday morning all got up and had a nice breakfast and me and some of the sponsors for Tate and Team, Trina & Chet saw him to the airport for his flight home. Even with the fire we had a nice visit. It will be good to see this team back out there again. Tate has some great friends in this sport and came to visit him Saturday morning. Got to love them alky teams...

I was did not notice anyone else with the Branch-Etterman Team with burns on then from this fire.
