I know of some who have tried it but I heard it will flat spot the bushing and lead to failure. Some swear by them, but it's just something else to wear in my opinion.

    Jimmy,
I can't see how they would get enough oil on the bushing in an aftermarket block since there is no pressurized oil in the lifter area. Might be fine in a stock iron block with oiling but with the extreme valve springs/rpm on a blown alky motor, just seems like a failure waiting to happen. JMHO

Jesel! Why ask for a failure. There Bullet proof. I've tried crane, failed. Morrell worked great until the rebuilt , lasted 10 passes after that. Went to Jesel. 3 seasons later I've never looked back.
