Screw Blower Restraint (bag)

Just an odd question.......

I am working on the diet and new motor program that looks like it will run in 2016.......

The Taylor bag that is on my motor is a total pain to strap in and is heavy, please don't burn me down.... I'll keep it on if everyone thinks it is a good idea. Has anyone run without this? I will keep blower restraint straps, I have personally popped the blower and know I need to keep the straps.

Has there been a C or D that has had an issue since the initial delamination of rotors that went on years ago? Outlaw stuff does not require the bag, looking for opinions.
