Anyone have a PSI "D" screw lock up?
In this case the rear rotors touched the rear plate and chewed out both.

it could have been a piece of debris?

could it have been a supply of fuel to hat issue?

blower had done a 600-700 passes prior.
    Running at 108 over alky.

They don't need much fuel but sounds like a bearing failure. The PSI screw blowers have to have the bearings packed with grease every so often.

Bearings are fine. That was my first assumption.
Rear plate picked up and bent with material wedging between rotors and rear plate.

From what I have seen the most common reason for having ingested a foreign object is the nuts or bolts that attach the injector hat to the top plate.

I've seen it happen twice from lack of fuel.
The first one when the 'B' blowers first came out and we were all figuring out how much fuel they needed.
The second when a check valve spring was left out.
If there's not enough fuel going into the hat, the rotors will expand and seize on the back plate.
