MSD 10 worth???? New and old style?

    I am going to post up an add in the classifieds selling 3 MSD 10 ignition systems, 2 10 plus, 1 older style with the double coil.

    What are fair prices?

    I would say $500 for the 10's and $700 for the 10+'s

    I think they stopped making them 8-10 years ago and the 8+ is the only current model available,. I have no idea why as the 10+ is an awesome unit (other than the reliability issues with the earlier ones)

    About the time they stopped producing them I asked MSD why. They said the demand did not warrant the cost of production. They had some expensive stuff in them. I agree, they put out some ignition power for sure. But most racers in the market like one with lots of bells and whistles and don't consider the ignition delivery capabilities.

    Need 8208 Coil

    I know the 10 pluses are sold but it looks like we need a new coil. Anyone got a good 8208?

    New MSD 8208 coil.

    I have new one setting on the shelf $225.00 free shipping .It was to be a spare way back when.

    no sir, those 10's were last made 2010 ...and the coils are no longer available ...
    8208 coil was discontinued in 2012
