I found a crack/hole in #6 runner about the size of a quarter slot. I epoxied it up for now. 1. Any chance the epoxy will hold at 35 psi? 2. I suspect I've had this all year and so have tuned with it. Not much of a prior baseline. How much fuel should I add?

The problem with it holding will be expansion/contraction, not boost, as your manifold heats up and cools down. The epoxy will likely expand and contract at a much different rate and is only meant to be a temporary fix to me. Is it aluminum? Why wouldn't you just have it properly repaired?

As far as adding fuel, I doubt you'll see much of a boost change once repaired and if your base line tune-up was done without the leak it won't matter anyway.

No idea when the crack happened, baseline tuneup was only set about 4 runs ago. I was actually getting ready to load the car to go racing last night when I found it. Cranked it around a few times to build oil pressure after an oil change and heard pffffffffsssssttttt after I stopped cranking. I'm not ambitious enough to pull the intake, get it welded, and still make q1 on Friday. Cast aluminum.

I cracked my mag intake last race of last year. Had an underwater certified welder ce out and weld it up. Next pass... Cracked beside his weld. Used that epoxy steel putty that you kneed together and it held for the rest of the weekend at 41 lbs of boost. After that weekend took it and had it repaired properly.
