screwcharged compression question

i have a 500 in 4.250 stroke 4.310 bore veney older style heads fuel chamberd . for the last several years i have run from 11.2 to 12.0 ratios with 540 cid motor , but with this motor im having aproblem building static 10.2 , 118 over on psi will this compression do the job or do i need to order a set of pistons? I have not run a ratio this low or cid this low but feeding a smaller engine . any imput would be app.
