AJPE 3 Fuel heads

I have a set of old 10 bolt brad fuel heads on my engine. I've found some cheap AJ3 fuel heads.
Are they interchangeable with each other. Do they use the same rocker stands, rocker covers, head stud sizes, headers etc, and are the chambers close in CC to each other. The ad for the AJ3's say around a 175cc chamber.

 

I'm in Australia. Would you be able to send a bit of info on the different type of intake manifold needed.

I believe I read somewhere about different angled mating face where the manifold attaches?
