Tire question...

    What tires are you guys running on Tad and your quick 8 dragsters? I've been running the Mickey Thompson 35x15x16 with pretty good results. Any info is appreciated..

    BA/D tires

    In NHRA TA/D class;
    The Blown Alky Dragsters almost esclusively run the Hoosier C2055 17"X34.5"X16". Awsome tires.
    The Injected Nitro cars mostly run the Goodyear Top Fuel tire.

    I helped a team that was running the tire you are running, and found we had to go back to the Hoosier in order to throw alot of power at the track.

    Which tire is commonly used on the blown dragsters , the (18790 34.5 x 17 x16 ) or the (18780 17/ 34.5 -16 )

    most common

    at the moment the most common Hoosier is the 18790 tire. There are several teams that have run the 17x36 tire and have had success, but that's not what I would call the majority just yet.
